Uncooked Free-Range Irish Turkey
Preparation
This festive season, our goal is to provide you with a Christmas Turkey a cut above the rest. All of our turkeys are free-range, grass fed and allowed to mature slowly over a lengthy 5 month period. This extra time to grow allows them to develop a thicker layer of fat under the skin, which retains moisture when cooked and ultimately yields a much more succulent and rich flavour.
We source our turkeys locally from Feighcullen Farm in Country Kildare, where our trusted suppliers have been raising poultry for generations.
Our turkeys are available in kg weights from 5kg to 10kg.
